If universities change the way they do business, more women will succeed in science

Londa Schiebinger is professor of History of Science at Stanford University and the author of Has Feminism Changed Science?

She offers some good suggestions on how to bring more women into science.

It's a shame she undercut her argument by mal-representing what Larry Summers said. He did not say women have smaller brains. He said that on average men and women are equally intelligent. About differences he said men are more likely to be extremely stupid or extremely intelligent when it comes to science. Londa Schiebinger
