If I remember corrctly, and I believe that I do, it's been 50 fils for more than 30 years.
Furthermore:
"Safety easures, we don't need no stinking safety measures." Thirty years ago the abra was far less fancy than the one in the picture (smaller, no awning, etc.), and I never heard anyone even comment on the issue of safety. The younger generation...
