What accounts for the price difference? I don't think it is a cost difference -- the boyfriend is fully clothed, the girlfriend is not.

Because there is already a cheap substitute for the girlfriend pillow?
Normally made in washable plastic and available from sex shops, to be sure, and possibly not a 1005 subsitute but.......
