Its hilarious...really the teachers have to get some real training to catch up with the students we see.And its amazing to know exactly the measures taken by students to cheat!!! this might open up an all new chapter in technology fused with brain it seems.very interesting.

I've often thought about commercial property, but I'm always scared off by all of the vacant properties I see around. While the deals are probably there, I don't think I could handle the lack of cash flow that a vacant property might inflict upon me.
