DUBAI - The Dubai Police chief wants "drastic solutions" to the traffic congestion problems in the city, and has issued orders to a high-profile group of traffic planners to conduct a study that would help reduce bottlenecks in the fast-growing emirate where the skyline changes every day with the frenetic construction boom leading to more people entering the emirate and more cars taking to the road.
