Dubai police warn driving schools on exploitation
- Khaleej Times: This apparently followed several complaints by individuals claiming exploitation by their driving schools in the emirate, as they have failed many times in the ‘road test’ unjustifiably. Sources say some institutes fail 80 to 90 per cent of test takers daily. Complainants charge institutes do so to charge more money and force applicants to spend longer periods and more money before they eventually get the licence.
