I've had the pleasure of two good conversations with Mr. Kalban, both at Gulf Research Centre events. He is perceptive, a deep thinker, and unassuming. He has an unvarnished view of reality and a love for humanity. He has a great work ethic. He is my kind of leader.
While the appointment surely is symbolic "of the rising significance of national workforce in the UAE" it is also on merit.

Kalban is purely a management person, not a good human being, he is human trafikker. He brings human beings from pakistan, srilanka,india,phillipines at the low cost, and treat them cruelly by giving them less salary in the market, arrest them in the camp, not giving them proper food, he want to save money, he is separating the families forcely, he is not a good human being at all.
As i know him for past 15 years, he is such a brutal minded management jackal. Not good for operators.He eat money, not food, he is purely money minded crocodile smiley.
This won't work in reality, that is what I suppose.
