Noise pollution - Khaleej Times: "MUNICIPALITIES have been giving permission to construction companies for extended working hours in their sites till 1am. But when companies begin to exploit and violate such permissions by extending work well into the mornings, it becomes torturous for everyone living in the vicinity of the construction sites. This is not acceptable since it amounts to violation of the law, attracting punishment."

MORE: "While we appreciate the efforts to put up big structures to solve the housing problem and to check skyrocketing rents, there should be some solution to this noise pollution, which, otherwise, infringes on others' rights."

Sounds like a job for Coasian Man.
