UAEU prof: fight government corruption - Gulf News
"The UAE has been declared the least corrupt Arab country, ranking 29 on the Transparency International's [TI] Corruption Perceptions Index 2004.

"It had a CPI [Corruption Perceptions Index] score of 6.1 out of 10, which means that we have a corruption problem and that we have a long way to go to reach a country like Singapore with a score of higher than 9," Dr Abdullah said.
Dr. Abdul Khaleq Abdullah is professor of political science at United Arab Emirates University.
